Yoga & bodywork

"Yoga with Leila supports me to feel physically and emotionally stronger. However I’m feeling when I go in, I know I will come out feeling a much better version of myself."



I teach Forrest yoga - a breath-led dynamic practice which focuses on physical strengthening and emotional transformation. In small group classes in my home studio, I teach students of all levels, including complete beginners.

I also offer restorative yoga, a form of deep relaxation, where we rest in silence as the body is supported by bolsters and blankets to gently open and release. Pregnant and postnatal students are always well looked after in my classes and I regularly run a specific 'postnatal yoga with babies' class. 






Bodywork is a healing practice which works best hand-in-hand with yoga.


In a private bodywork session I combine intuitive touch with deep tissue massage techniques and a relaxed focus on the breath, in order to down-regulate the nervous system and promote healing.


In this way bodywork can help to overcome injury, to support recovery from stress and anxiety, boost mood, reduce pain and improve overall wellbeing.
