My private bodywork clinic offers a holistic practice of therapeutic massage where I hold space for you as an individual. My bodywork sessions combine intuitive touch with a focus on the breath, and employ myofascial release techniques and deep tissue work.
You can expect with these sessions to be able to let go of patterns of tension which manifest in daily aches and pains, and to find greater freedom and lightness in your body. You can also expect to be led in these sessions through an emotional process which can often be deeply healing.
My bodywork sessions are often useful for healing a persistent injury. In the time of social distancing, bodywork sessions are not currently running, but self-bodywork is incorporated into some of my yoga classes.
